It must have been an emotional day for Luis Suarez. And you've got to respect Uruguayans too. In some places, he would have been booed to the grave. But they chose to give him a hero's welcome. Thousands waited at the airport for 12 hours to welcome Luis suarez who was kicked out of the World Cup after biting an opponent back to the country. See more photos here...
Uruguay's President who joined them later said he wanted to give him a big hug. Suarez later arrived with his wife and two children at about 5am but only few of them were left as most went home when he didn't arrive on time. How thoughtful of them all.
